Every fabric, available by the yard — or cut, sewn, and finished into the product of your design, made to order in our own workroom.
Fontaine
A box check at five-eighths of an inch, woven in three colors at a time — enough to stand alone, calibrated to sit under the prints. Pure cotton. Eight colorways from French blue to duck egg. The quiet grid that organizes a room.
Chester
The workhorse check — three-quarters of an inch, pure cotton, rated for real seating, and cut in nineteen colorways. If a room has a color, Chester has the check for it.
Essex
The house ticking — a fine cotton stripe woven, not printed, in two dozen colorways and counting. Rated for seating. The stripe that shows up in half the rooms we sew for, because it goes with all of them.
Lyme
The country check that started a family — Ballard grew from it, half our stripes answer to it. Pure cotton, seating-rated, twenty-five colorways deep. As close to a sure thing as pattern gets.
Piper
A soft-bodied cotton stripe in eighteen colorways — cut for the pillow, the bed skirt and the café curtain rather than the armchair. Piper is the stripe you use in multiples; the colorways are tuned to stack.
Catalina
A cotton stripe with a forty-five-thousand-rub constitution — light in the hand, serious underneath. Seven colorways named like a harbor town: Nantucket Red, Coastal Blue, Driftwood, Key Lime. Deck-chair charm, working-boat build.
Trafalgar Stripe
A small stripe with an intricate double-beam weave, space-dyed for a strié shimmer that reads richer than any flat yarn could. Drapes beautifully, rated for seating. Four colorways: Sand Castle, Peppercorn, Jade, Fire.
Warren
A textured cotton stripe with a washed, casual hand. Twelve colorways from black to cardinal, each reading as one color doing several things at once. The stripe for rooms that don't sit still.
Parkhill
A wool tartan translated onto cotton — the lodge plaid without the itch or the upkeep. A nine-inch repeat in eight colorways from camel to lake. Made for family rooms, book rooms and anywhere a fire gets lit.
West Indies
A Jacobean in island color, printed on a distressed ground that reads lived-in from the first yard. Under the faded charm: a fifty-thousand-plus-rub constitution. Six colorways from maize to aegean. Pairs with bamboo, thatch and good rum.
Pembrook
A compact cotton plaid — three and a quarter inches, four colorways, zero pretension. Cut it for the table, the bed and the pillow; it was born to coordinate, not to headline. Every family needs one.
Como
A recycled-wool plaid set on an unexpected layout, its colors paired the way the lodge never quite dared. Four colorways from Cadet to Loden. The anchor of a three-cloth family — cut it with Torino and Tweedy and the room reads collected.
Torino
The small-scale member of the family — a recycled-wool plaid worked compact and classic, colored rich and moody. Five colorways from Denim to Toffee, every one of them at home beside leather. Rounds out Como and Tweedy.
Tweedy
Our houndstooth, rebuilt as a recycled-wool plaid — the familiar tooth in an unfamiliar palette. Three colorways: Peacock, Tobacco and Autumn. The third of the family with Como and Torino, and the one that leans menswear.
Houndstooth
Exactly what it says — a three-eighths-inch houndstooth, woven in pure cotton, in two dozen colorways from blossom to midnight. Menswear's oldest trick, still working. Rated for seating; born for the chair that means business.
Frazier
A three-inch check crossed with a chevron — the weave shifts direction inside every square, so the cloth reads tailored and lively at once. Heavyweight cotton, rated for seating, eighteen colorways from burgundy to ranger.
Dunlin
A small balanced plaid with a casual linen hand — and a hundred-thousand-rub rating hiding under the country charm. Four warm colorways. The cloth for the chair everyone's dog has an opinion about.
Everly
A bird toile with the color run soft, as if the whole scene had been through a summer rain. The modern answer to a very old form — faded, feminine, unfussy. Five colorways, printed to pair with our quieter stripes.
Bridgewater
An asymmetric stripe in full multicolor — the layout never mirrors, so the eye keeps moving. Pure cotton, seating-rated, eight colorways with enough complexity to anchor a whole scheme. The last cloth standing from the old guard, and it earned it.
Copley Square
The check of the Copley family — two and a quarter inches, pure cotton, fourteen colorways from snowflake to chili. Bedding and table weight with pillow-front polish. The pattern that makes a room feel dressed without trying.
Copley Stripe
The stripe that answers Copley Square — same pure cotton, same easy weight, eighteen colorways deep. Run them together and the room reads collected; run it alone and it carries the bed, the table or the bench on its own.
