Shipping policy

Retail orders ship with standard shipping at $25, free on orders over $500. Orders typically leave our North Carolina facility within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–8 business days.

Trade accounts ship on your terms: prepaid & added to invoice (Ästhetik arranges the carrier), or shipped on your own carrier account — enter your carrier, account number, and any routing instructions at checkout. Drop shipments to your customer or receiver are supported: choose or enter any destination address at checkout.

Backordered items

Some fabrics ship from incoming mill runs. If an item on your order is backordered, we’ll keep you updated by email, and items may ship separately as they become available. Arrival estimates for backordered goods are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

We currently ship within the United States. Transit estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees; once a shipment is with the carrier, delivery dates are the carrier's.

If anything arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy — report within 5 business days with photos and we'll make it right.
