Who we are

asthetik.com is operated by Heritage Fabrics Management LLC ("Ästhetik", "we"). These terms govern retail purchases on this site. Trade accounts are additionally governed by their trade agreement and account terms; where the two conflict, the trade agreement controls.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline (including for pricing or inventory errors). Because goods are cut to order, orders are final at checkout as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and shipping rates can change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, or the order cancelled and refunded. Trade pricing is account-specific and visible when signed in. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Product representations

We work with natural fibers: color on screen is approximate, dye lots vary between runs, and small variations in width, repeat, and finish are inherent to the product and not defects. Cut yardage is measured at cutting; industry-standard cutting tolerances apply. Fabric put-ups are nominal; actual yardage on an uncut bolt varies by mill lot. We recommend ordering a swatch before committing to yardage.

Title & risk of loss

For shipments we arrange, risk of loss passes on delivery. For shipments on your own carrier account, risk of loss passes when the carrier picks up.

Limitation of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential damages (for example, workroom or installation costs on flawed goods — please inspect all goods before cutting).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
